What to expect.
Crews will work around building fronts. You should expect construction noise and ladders while your building is being worked on.
Any vehicle move will be communicated in advance. Please follow building-specific notices as the sequence is confirmed.

How to prepare.
Clear the front of your unit
Move planters, decorations, and outdoor furniture away from unit fronts before work reaches your building.
Watch for parking notice
You may need to move your vehicle away from your building for the day. Management will give advance notice if this is required.
Share with tenants
If your unit is rented, please pass the notice and project updates to your tenants and other occupants.
