Information and Conditions That May Apply

These items help the association review your request. They do not mean the request has been approved. Any final conditions will be stated in the written decision.

1. Contractor Information: The homeowner must provide the full name of the contractor performing the work.
2. Contractor License: The homeowner must provide the contractor’s license number.
3. Vehicle Weight Limit: Any vehicle using the common areas for access—including vehicles delivering materials to the job site—may not exceed 11,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVW).
4. Common-Area Access Approval: Before construction begins, the homeowner and/or contractor must receive approval from the Board of Directors and/or Property Manager for any access through association common grounds.
5. Protection Against Property Damage: The homeowner is advised to obtain a surety bond from the contractor to guarantee the satisfactory restoration or repair of any association property damaged during the work.
