Watch directly on YouTubeA complete maintenance request
A detailed request reduces follow-up questions, helps management assess urgency, and gives the assigned professional useful information before contacting you.
Start with a wide view that shows the location. Add a close-up of the condition, leak, damage, control panel, or model label when it is safe to do so.
Sign in through the invitation connected to your rental home. If your account is inactive, ask Quinn & Wilson to resend the activation email.
Identify the exact room, fixture, or common-area location. Explain what you see, when it began, and whether the condition is getting worse.
Attach clear photos or a short video. Include any safe steps already tried, but do not dismantle equipment or attempt work that could cause injury or damage.
State the best phone number, preferred contact method, whether entry is authorized, and any pets, gates, alarms, or scheduling restrictions.
Reply in the same request so the management team, vendor coordination, photos, and status remain together in one record.
After you submit
Use the original portal request for new photos, scheduling answers, access updates, and follow-up questions.
Check your email, phone, and portal for management or vendor follow-up.
