Will repair work take place on August 26?
No. August 26 is reserved for staging equipment and tools by the parking lot serving units 502–516. Owners affected by the staging area have been notified directly and must clear that area by noon.
Which parking lots will be closed on August 27?
The lot between the 100/300 buildings and the rear lot serving the 500 building will be closed for milling and paving.
When must vehicles be removed from the paving lots?
All vehicles in the two affected paving lots must be removed by 7:00 AM on Thursday, August 27, 2026.
When may vehicles return?
The lots are anticipated to reopen Sunday, August 30, weather permitting. Do not return until management confirms that the lots are open.
What happens if a vehicle remains in a closed lot?
A vehicle remaining in a restricted area may be towed at the owner’s expense.
What work is planned for August 27?
The contractor plans to complete patching, the concrete collar on the main entrance drain, repairs at the dumpster inlet, and milling and paving in the two designated lots.
Where should residents park during the closure?
Use another lawful, unrestricted parking area and follow all posted signs. Do not park in a closed or equipment-staging area.
Where will the 100/300 trash and recycling containers be located?
They will be temporarily located at 200 Saratoga and are expected to remain there until approximately September 3.
Are homeowners responsible for notifying tenants?
Yes. Homeowners should share this page and the parking notice with tenants, occupants, visitors, contractors, and caregivers.
When will the remaining lots be sealcoated?
Sealcoating and line striping are planned for September 2026. The exact dates and phased parking plan are pending confirmation.
