Project overview

A safer, longer-lasting parking system for the community.

Yorktown Village is completing pavement preparation, localized repairs, milling, paving, sealcoating, and line-striping work to improve drainage, pavement condition, safety, appearance, and the long-term durability of the community’s parking areas.

- The paving company will stage equipment and tools by the parking lot serving units 502–516
- Owners affected by the staging area have been notified directly
- Those vehicles must be removed by 12:00 PM (noon)

- Patching and other localized pavement repairs
- The concrete collar on the main entrance drain
- Repairs at the dumpster inlet
- Milling and paving of the lot between the 100/300 buildings

- Vehicles in these two lots must be removed by 7:00 AM
- Vehicles remaining in the closed lots may be towed at the owner’s expense

One person’s missed deadline can delay the entire paving operation. Please share this checklist with everyone who parks at or visits your home.

Revised paving schedule and temporary service changes

No repair work will take place on Wednesday, August 26; the contractor will only stage equipment and tools.
Equipment and tools will be staged by the parking lot serving units 502–516.
Owners affected by the equipment-staging area were notified directly and must clear it by noon on August 26.
All repair, milling, and paving work is scheduled for Thursday, August 27.
Only the lot between the 100/300 buildings and the rear lot serving the 500 building must be cleared by 7:00 AM on August 27.
